Each service is provided within the scope of the corresponding licenses, certifications, appointments, authorizations or professional functions. When a different, specific license is required, the authorized professional takes part. Claudia Rich is an attorney authorized to practice in Mexico. In Texas she provides the professional services for which she holds the corresponding authorizations or functions. When a matter requires legal representation or advice reserved for an attorney authorized in the United States, the corresponding attorney takes part.
Operations are designed to work both in person and remotely, depending on the service. When a procedure requires physical presence, delivery, appearance or an action at a specific location, this is communicated during the process.
