A 60-minute initial consultation
During the consultation we review the situation, background, documents, questions, ideas and options. Several people related to the matter may take part. The consultation can be held by phone.
After the consultation
Within the following 24 to 72 hours the client receives a General Analysis of the Matter: summary and background, strengths and weaknesses, options, what/how/when/where it can be handled, the right time to start, estimated timelines, requirements and documentation, favorable and less favorable aspects, a general work plan, service price when applicable, and a payment plan when available.
Included second consultation
After receiving the written analysis, a second consultation of up to 20 minutes is scheduled to review the analysis, answer questions, clarify next steps and define how the client wishes to continue.
